They have been brilliant at coming out to clean my black bin but have missed the only 2 cleans on my green bin and haven't responded to my emails, their phone lines are only open for limited hours weekdays and me and my partner both work full time and the phone lines are usually closed when we aren't working

Communication with this company is awful to say the least.the only time I got response last time was when I wrote a negative review on here. I miraculously got a message once it was posted then they also asked to me to retract it. Stupidly I gave them the benefit of the doubt and did.
Since the I’ve had my bin cleaned twice (I think as I couldn’t… really tell apart from having a yellow sticker placed on my bin) I never received anything through my letterbox with the dates my washes would be as promised and at the start of the month I was told my bins would be washed on the 10th

Have had to report my bin not being cleaned on schedule 3 times since using this service. However, the emails I sent about this were eventually replied to after several days, hopefully things will get back on track soon,and a reliable service will resume.Update.... this company has missed cleaning my bin more times than I care to remember. Ironically, one time they missed cleaning it, but helpfully posted a schedule of cleaning dates through my post box. Emails I send remain unanswered for days, until finally an acknowledgement

Paid for 6 months upfront via the website 2 weeks ago. I have received no service as of yet. They never answer the phones and have an automated answer which hangs up after about 10 seconds. Poor service. Trying to get a refund but that is rather difficult when they don’t pick up the phone. Avoid and use another company.
