If I could leave 0 stars I would. Guy came to measure up and sent emails around carpet. Booked him in for while our daughter was away so we could have her bedroom ready for her return but cannot contact him via email or phone, despite numerous attempts.
A courtesy note to say he would no longer be attending would have gone a long way and allowed us to find someone else in time.
Disappointed doesn't even cut it, very unprofessional.
