They came to our aid very promptly, and the engineer who called was very professional and personable. He quickly identified the problem and went to get a replacement and had it fitted in double quick time. We are very pleased with the quality and speed of the work, and would recommend the company wholeheartedly. Our oil-fired boiler stopped working after the oil tank was refilled. Edwards Plumbing Services responded promptly, cured the air lock in the oil feed and had the boiler working again. Being new to the area we were keen to find a reliable plumber - we called Edwards who replaced the pump on our boiler very promptly and professionally. WOW, I can't praise this company and the entire workforce enough! Monday 21 Dec. my boiler broke down. Tuesday the engineer came, Wednesday 8am, 4 engineers arrived with my new boiler to ensure I had hot water and a warm, cozy home over Xmas. No other company would even come out until 4 January. Don't waste time looking for anyone else other than Edwards when you need a plumber. They are "Simply the Best". Thank you so much Mark in particular, such a considerate, kind and friendly guy, not to mention top engineer!
