Forward Planning & Design Ltd is a small Architectural Practice based in Bradford, West Yorkshire, which was formed in 2005 by Jonathan Holmes who has in excess of 20 years experience in the industry. We undertake a wide range of projects but specialise in Residential Design, taking on projects from large residential housing projects, single dwellings, barn conversions to small domestic extensions and loft conversions.
Using our experience our designs and specifications are practical and achievable. We aim to be creative, innovative and imaginative, but not if this means you the client incurring excessive cost. Constructions, materials and components will be suggested with this in mind and our package will be tailored to suit your needs.

Services
We are able to provide full working drawings, inspect work on site, administer Contracts and provide Certificates through the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT), which are accepted by all the major Banks and Institutions. Professional Indemnity Insurance of 0.5million for each and every claim is kept in place in addition to Employers and Public Liability Insurance.
