Catflap installation booked through Amazon 4+ weeks in advance. Never turned up. They sent a confirmation of the job 2 days before but no word on the day. I contacted them later on the day of the job and they replied 2 days later with a new appointment (no apology or explanation for why they did not attend as scheduled). They then called back 2 days later to cancel the new appointment. Not impressed, will use a local handy man.

Within 24hrs of reaching out to Fantastic Handyman, I had my new boiler installed for a very good price! The plumber who fitted my boiler was extremely polite and took care of my home perfectly.
