Having worked in the roofing trade for several years, Alex took a leap of faith and in 2014 Wrights Roofing Services was formed. Initially a one-man band in a van, Alex had a vision of creating not just a business but something so much more. With hard work, dedication and lots of customer recommendations along the way, the business has grown from strength to strength, from a one-man band to what you see in the photo above.
There are various types of materials that can be used on a flat roof. Torch-on felt - A three-layer system consisting of a base layer, followed by a torch-on underlay and then finally a torch-on mineral layer. All layers are melt-welded onto the roof's surface and each other using a blowtorch to create an impenetrable watertight seal.
Soffit - this is the board that is tucked beneath the fascia. It is often ventilated to allow for airflow in the roof space which helps alleviate condensation and dampness. UPVC is by far the most superior when it comes to your fascias and soffits, offering an impressive resilience that makes them impervious to rotting and warping.

Excellent company, Alex came to our property to assess the works that would be required. He took aerial photographs using a drone. He promptly sent me the images explaining the works that we’re required. Alex gave me an honest and competitive quote and was able to book the works in within a week.
Megan and Emma were also fantastic, keeping in contact with me to discuss any questions and concerns we had regarding the works and quote. They were very accommodating as we did want to add a few extras to the job, which they promptly dealt with and quoted for.

It had been so difficult to find a roofing company who were willing to fix various problems with our guttering and roof, but WRS came round immediately to survey and give a quote.
Special mention to Liam and Nathan who were both professional and polite from the outset and also considerate throughout their time here.
They left no mess and did a great job.
And what’s more, we were given a bottle of wine for Christmas from WRS!

Had a pleasure to work with Brandon's team who done and absolute brilliant job!
They were very organised, polite and professional all along.
From start to finish provided easy and prompt communication. After completion also provided before/after photo and drone documentation of the work carried out. Definitely recommend! hard to find a service whom such a pleasure to work with. Money well spent. (rare)

After getting an extortionate quote elsewhere, I got a quote from WRS who came in much more competitive.
Alex from WRS and assessed what needing doing using his drone and he later sent through the quote.
The team came and spent two days changing guttering, fascia, soffits and pointing up the chimney.
The two lads (Brandon & Connor) were considerate to neighbours, constantly explaining things and polite despite the bad weather.

After many quotes to replace my leaking garage roof I decided on Wrights Roofing as they were very helpful, friendly and professional with the price being competitive & fixed once agreed (no hidden extras). Brandon & Connor the roofers were excellent throughout, cannot fault the quality of work and the attention to detail. Very impressed with the quality and professional workmanship with this company.
They re-felted front and rear chalets and replace all guttering.
Despite the weather Nathan and his colleague never stopped from just before 8.00am until just gone 6.00pm. Brilliant workmanship from both of them.
Certainly would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
