Cowboys. Avoid. Pushed me to spend £250 on a clean to remove cat urine odour, didn't remove, only told me afterwards can't actually remove it. Said would send invoice, never received, now mobile phone dead and not answering landline. And to make matters worse, when they finally picked up the phone after reading this review (assume they blocked my calls before) they accused me of being a racist just because I complained - they actually used the line 'is it because I'm black?' - no, it's because you didn't do the job you were paid to do, didn't invoice me and have generally behaved terribly towards
