Bed bugs are becoming an increasingly common problem throughout our Sussex. They are nocturnal parasites that feed off of human blood. They are oval-shaped, dark reddish-brown in colour and are usually about 5mm long and 3mm wide. They are generally found in beds, but they live anywhere where there is little to no light, behind skirting boards, paintings on the wall or even plug sockets.

I had a problem I couldn't figure out and after months of packing up my home, spraying, endless cleaning, I still couldn't find the problem. I had 4 pest controllers turn me away because they didn't believe me or felt it wasn't a big enough issue. I don't write many reviews but had to in this case. Dave was absolutely brilliant in dealing urgently with a wasp nest we discovered whilst visiting my elderly parents. He was with us quickly, considerate to my parents issues, informative, professional and a very nice guy. Price was more than reasonable and a third of what we were quoted by another local company. I can not recommend this service highly enough. I contacted San-Tech with a suspected squirrel problem inside my home. I made contact and within a day David had made a home visit. Through the course of the issue he regularly attended based on my feedback and within a month the issue was resolved. Professional, courteous, empathetic and knowledgeable. Left them an email last night as suspect there are rats in my loft space, which has been quite worrying hearing scurrying noises especially at night. A lovely lady rang me this morning to discuss the issues and she rang me back again saying someone is coming out to put a block of poison in my loft for free to start the process, as they could hear the worry and stress I'm feeling I was shocked but really happy they are going to help me as have limited money and this whole situation has got me so stressed out but the light at end of tunnel is there is a really decent company out there that will help

Phoned several pest control companies as we had a unknown pest tunneling into our glass house and eating the plants, they wouldn't come out because we couldn't, as ex-townies, identify what it was. I phoned San-Tech and was told Dave was booked up until after the Bank Holiday but would ask if he could call on his way home. Dave was so helpful and laid a trap which after four day caught a mouse. We highly recommend this company as they will everything in their power to help. Thank you so so much to both of you.

Rats, rats and more rats ! Suddenly we were plagued by them in our two roof spaces. We could here them scurrying about especially at night ! So, what to do? Call SAN-TECH of course. We had never had to use a pest control company before, and thankfully we chose SAN-TECH. David was able to come very quickly, and soon found the source of our rodent problem. Then ensued a hide-and-seek campaign with our unwanted visitors. David was MAGNIFICENT ! He set traps and put down rat poison, and even set up a camera over night. Next day we watched the "video nasty" of two rats running about. David's trap caught

Simply incredible service and price. We have had out other pest control companies in the past and San Tech was 100 times better. We were made to feel comfortable, Dave came out within a very short time day or night to remove.......24 rats in total over a month!!
We cannot recommend him enough and would go so far as to say that you should not consider going anywhere else. We had to pay him more in the end than he asked for, that is how good he was.
