Orlando and his team did an excellent job rennovating our enclosed patio! Our original patio from the previous owners had mold and was in terrible condition due to rain and flooding for many years.
I was most concerned with the safety hazard and Orlando was able to present a solution to us and deliver on each one of the items. He really put my mind at ease with his expertise, prompt responses, and attention to detail. His pricing is transparent and fair and we are extremely content with the finished product!

We contacted Orlando for an estimate and he replied right away and gave us time for an appointment to go over a bid and kitchen ideas. Orlando is a smart and creative person, the experience and knowledge in the field is present during conversations.
We had a kitchen remodel done and some drywall work and all we can say is, wow! The work was done well and if by any chance something was not done properly, Orlando was there to fix it right away before we even noticed it. The attention to detail of the work and the customer services was great.

I contacted several companies to get a quote for my remodeling projects. Many contractors were challenging to deal with. Orlando was prompt in his responses. He was very professional and he provided quotes for my room addition and bath room remodeling projects.
He was not the cheapest but he was able to get close to the lowest quote I got. His team did a very good job remodeling our bathroom in these challenging times. We are happy about it.
I already asked him for the estimation of my next project!

My neighbor recommended Orlando Perla's construction company and I'm glad I chose him to paint my house. He was prompt with an estimate and because he has a crew of workers, there was no long delay to get started. He may not be the cheapest bid, but he believes in doing things right. I also decided to use him to build a fence, gate and new porch steps. I plan to use him for some other projects soon also.

So let's start off with that I had contacted 12...that's TWELVE...contractors to get quotes for our home renovations and OP Construction came through as a frontrunner for time, cost, communication and responsiveness. Though not the lowest, OP Construction was not the highest neither.

If I can give this so called company no stars I would. I hate to say this but he is a thief he took my money and didn’t start project blamed it on the city never calls you with up dates or answers your calls. I hate to write this but people be careful of this company 😢
