The most Worse customer service I have ever had in my life. I had purchased two sofas from this website and the third one they cancelled before getting delivered by one day because they said it’s damaged in the warehouse. When I asked to have the same sofa they asked me to pay more than 250 pounds extra cause the material get expensive it’s ridiculous and very horrible. its company fault they should cover what ever the cost and deliver what custmer orders but The manager Dariusz I don't know-how still working there. He doesn't know what's mean customers service and very rude. Please avoid avoid

Absolutely amazing company. It was recommended to us by another happy customer. Great customer service, we have received all the updates regarding our order. Good quality of the product, we just love it! And such an amazing team, who has delivered and assembled our sofa, such a lovely guys, done our sofa in 10minutes without any noise or mess left behind. We have received our corner sofa on Saturday. I was promised delivery before Xmas and so I did ... Customer Service was great, as had to call them at the beginning ( left message, as it was out of hours and got a call back very next day ) , because I have given them incorrect email address- that was fixed in a tick ! Delivery staff - absolutely amazing! They brought it up to the second floor , unpacked it all and taken alk the rubbish with them...they also offered to put it together for me, since my husband was at work ! Superb service ❤ Sofa is exactly what I wanted! Highly recommended 👌

I chose a white (faux leather) Corner Sofa (L shaped) which is also a sofa bed. Which was close to impossible to find online, EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR
I got in fabric Soft 1; I must say is one of the best purchases I have done in a VERY long time, much more beautiful and comfortable than in the pictures and WAY BETTER than I expected! I can't wait for visitors to come to my house and enjoy this fantastic WHITE SOFA.

Unfortunately I am very dissatisfied and do not recommend it. the sofa came from 3 weeks delay. no contact with the service, if I did not ask myself what was going on, no one notified me alone. the description said that the sofa has a container for bedding, I got it without. I don't know why because I didn't get an answer. in exchange for the delays, I had to get a refund, which I received after a long wait. I feel cheated by this company. I will never use their services, I do not recommend them to anyone.

Great communication, from sample order to placing our order. Post order communication was also very good regarding cushion choices etc, arrived within time stated. Quality of product is very good and competitive prices. Deliver excellent stuck to time and you can track drivers route. Said would be at our for 2:30 knocked on the door at 2:31. That’s service, already ordered more furniture from them.

I ordered corner sofa bed on 29/11/20. It was a Christmas gift for my wife. Same day I requested them to change the colour as some how I came to know the colour choice of my wife. Next day they wrote an email and informed me the order had been updated. On 12/12/20 the sofa was delivered and my wife received, I came home and saw the colour was not as expected, I wrote an email to support team. They told me that I had to pay 39£ delivery fees and it would change in Jan 2021. I was agreed.I kept it covered with extra sheets and tried not use it for one month.

Great service! I was unsure about a fabric, so they sent a lot of samples for my request of grey colour. The staff was very polite and patient through all the process.
We ordered Locco corner sofa bed, is everything we wanted & more - gorgeous design, comfortable and cozy, beautiful color - quality fabric, our choice was a Moric 05.
Was delivered as promised by two great delivery drivers that moved the sofa into my house, unpacked it and removed all the rubbish, many thanks for delivery guys.
