Broken hinges/handles, the only remedy is to replace the failed part. As metal parts get older hinges/handles are often prone to wear/rusting due to exposure to the elements when the window is left open, and plastic parts get brittle and snap. If your doors & windows are not locking right, catching, jamming or letting a draught in, we can help.
If you have a misted sealed unit this means that the unit has broken down. You don't have to go out and buy new windows, all I need to do is replace the sealed glass unit and save on cost. When your sealed unit has broken down the insulating efficiency is reduced. This is caused by wet air, i.e. condensation between the glass panes.
NI Door Doctor will replace faulty door closers, change floor springs, replace drive arms, bottom pivots or change locks. Door closers - If your aluminium door starts to slam or just does not shut as it should, Door Doctors can also supply and fit your door with a new closer.

5* Service. Having called this company to come and take a look at my broken window lock and a window that did not close tightly, they arranged a date and time, happy to say they turned up on arranged day and an hour early!. 15 minutes later job done. I had been told by another Window company that they were having trouble getting the locks as they were old!! Just shows you how good this company is as they even had locks in their van. Well done lads, super job, will highly recommend you.
