Had a wireless alarm and preventatives installed by Damien. It was done to an exceptionally high standard. Damien took the time to explain how everything worked. Nothing was too much trouble. Rang to get an appointment in a weeks time because my window lock won't open. The line was terrible. Got the appointment set however. The day arrived, we waited all day, nobody turned up. Rang them but they had clearly forgotten, set up that appointment for the same day, and asked us if it was a consultation or paid appointment, told us they would ring back in 5. They did not ring back. Absolutely won't be going back as a company they should treat free consultations the same as paid appointments as these consultations lead to paid appointments and therefore are just as important. So disappointed

Really happy with the service recently, arrived quickly after I phoned, and felt that the work advised was fair - didn't feel like suggesting more work than was needed. Super impressed with these guys. There has been lots of break ins recently and these guys came out within a few days of calling and fitted three anti snap locks and some window catches for us.
