David's work installing laminate flooring throughout my flat was nothing short of phenomenal. He was professional and friendly during the weeklong job, from expertly directing (and helping in) with the mammoth task of carrying 40+ boxes of flooring, underlay, trims and tools up four flights of stairs to taking care to lay the floor in a way that will make my upcoming kitchen renovation easier.
Made from a single piece of wood and finished in the factory or finished on site it will last for years and add value to your home. A factory-finished floor means you can walk on it immediately after installation, and come either lacquered or bushed and oiled, while an unfinished timber will need to be sanded and sealed on site and can be stained and sealed with a lacquer of your choice.
Laminate flooring has come a long way over the years and is seeing a huge resurgence in popularity as it continues to evolve. An ever changing array of colours and styles means there's always a board to suit your taste and style - combined with more realistic looking boards production, tougher protective layers and better joints means a good quality product will serve you well for years in even the most demanding rooms.
Engineered wood flooring is available in all the same colour options as its solid timber cousins but has the advantage of extra strength and stability because of the way it's made.
Made from three or more layers of hardwood or ply with a layer of hardwood on its surface it will provide greater stability in areas of high heat and moisture - like bathrooms, kitchens, conservatories, over under-floor heating or in new properties which have a concrete slab construction as they often haven't had time to dry out sufficiently.

Absolutely beautiful job. Transformed an ugly old black tiled floor into a light,bright pale laminate wood floor. Craftsmanship is second to none. David was so right when he said you want it to look like the floor was there first then the kitchen was fitted on top not like it had been just plonked down on top of the floor as an after thought. Would not hesitate to recommend him.

We had a solid acacia floor fitted in December last year 2018 and David done an outstanding job. We then decided to move and purchased a new build, David has now fitted our entire downstairs floor and 4 bathrooms, the results are amazing. David's work is to an exceptionally standard and I will be using him again for work in my in-laws house. Flawless Flooring is 100% recommended by us.

I am extremely happy with the work completed on three rooms at my home by Flawless Flooring. David’s initial advice seemed to me wise (do listen to him!), and I further came to trust his judgement as I saw work proceed. My hallway and two other rooms have been truly transformed. They look fantastic. I hope to have another room similarly upgraded in due course. David worked very hard and cleaned up with his own equipment as he went along.
