No communication skills what so ever.Messed up the planning application leaving us with big trenches in the garden and three ton of soil in a heap for over three weeks .we signed a contract after the salesman said it would take about 10 weeks then a fortnight to build. 36 WEEKS LATER AFTER MUCH STRESS FINALLY GOT OUR WARM ROOF CONSERVATORY. Would I recommend. NO.

We contacted this company twice within 2 weeks of each other, to get a quote for windows and doors for a new build. No one got back to us from the sales team. Not impressed and by the way, you have lost a lot of possible business. Hope your competitors read this review.

A builder renovated our property in 2006 & replaced all the windows with Classic PVC DG windows. In 2016 cracks in the PVC appeared in the 2 windows on the ground floor. These cracks in the middle bottom frames have grown completely across the joint in the same position. The upper window has recently failed in the identical position. With 3 identical failures there is obviously a design fault with Classic windows.

We had a quote for a conservatory. Found them extremely unprofessional as he spent most of his time slagging off other firms and quotes we had had (remember the customer is only gathering information / relying on what they are being told). I am sure that classic adhere to the rules and would do a good job but it was this lack of professionalism that made us ultimately look elsewhere. Very disappointed.

I recently contracted Classic to replace all the windows and doors in my home, the experience from the salesman calling, through accurate measurement to installation was seamless. We were given a very competitive price for the job, on payment of a deposit a delivery date was set and met and the installation team were professional, worked causing minimum disruption and did a fantastic job installing a quality product. The overall experience was excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Recently contacted Classic regarding sub-standard/non-compliant glass units they installed in a new build dwelling which was unsafe and a major risk. Unfortunately Classic were completely un-helpful and refused to rectify their shortcomings taking no responsibility whatsoever. I would stay well clear of this company.

We had a conservatory fitted by Richard and Shaun which I have to say was fitted expertly, with minimum disruption to us. The lads fitted it in two days and always cleaned up after them. We had a minor alteration which needed doing which was done quickly.
I would not hesitate to recommend Classic WELL DONE
