We manufacture a range of gate designs to complement your property. Unlike most of our competition, ALL metal driveway gates we manufacture are expertly crafted in the UK using British Steel. Deeper frames and thicker infill bars ensure a sturdy looking finish and built to last. Every gate includes adjustable hinges, opening/ closing latch, drop bolts and a finish.

Be careful ordering from this company. I did not get what I ordered and I was blamed for the error. I specifically chose a gate design that had large bottom panels so that my dog could not see over the fence. When it came, bottom panels were about a foot shorter than I expected, based on the proportions shown in the image online. When I let customer service know there was an issue, I was told that the metal spindles are a set size and this is why the bottom panel was shorter. I was told that 'if I wasn't sure, I should have discussed it with them before ordering'. There is no mention of this on

Superb gates and customer service. From the minute I spoke with them I had confidence in knowing what I was ordering was going to work. The communication provided on the different stages our gates were going through was excellent. It played like a story with us getting more excited as the gate was being finished. When the gates turned up...wow! Great craftsmanship - a truly stunning looking gate. Can't wait to have these fitted. I fully recommend this company. Many thanks.

VERY disappointed. The gates turned up without handles and keys. The latch didn't work. Some screws were missing from the handles. When we reported it customer services were not apologetic, they almost blamed us and insisted the handles and keys had been sent. Oh, then they found them. No apology. Holes for handles were far too big. This was not a cheap gate - the lock itself was £200. You expect is to work. BUT, it was the abruptness of the customer service that made it so unpleasant.

Just wanted to say, gates are great but the main reason I’d recommend your company is down to how accommodating and reassuring Paul Jones in sales was. When spending ~£3k with a company 200+ miles away, I wanted to be confident I’d get what I expected....Paul’s support gave me that confidence and I definitely recommend your company again. The gates are excellent quality materials and fantastic workmanship

Just phoned this company because In less than a year our gates have twisted and the T&G has not only opened up but twisted as well, a friend who is a joiner looked at them and was not impressed with them.He said the main top cross section had not only twisted but was splitting as well.
So we have been asked to send photos and I will update this post as to how we get on. I am worried as there are only two types of posts on here the one stars who have similar complaints to us with the gates. None of these seem to have been resolved replaced or repaired by this company.

My dealings with this company, like many others has been regrettable. The gates arrived covered in damage, wood panels split, cracked and already warped. Initially the customer services seemed to be helpful although the solution presented to me was a touch up pen and some replacement wood panels. Hardly what I’d expect from a company that in response to other reviews claims they do ‘NOT’ send out damage goods and charge £2600 for 2 side gates. I reluctantly accepted this solution and had my appointed installer continue with installation. It then became apparent that the posts had the hinges

Terrible customer service and aftercare - buy with caution. Bought a wooden side gate, unpacked and everything seemed okay. Painted with three coats of wood stain and fitted the gate. Everything was fine until the first day of warm weather (23 degrees). The panels started shrinking and gaps started to appear between the panels! Spoke to customer services and they advised that this is normal for wood and the gaps will disappear when it cools down. Needless to say they didn’t, they just got bigger as it continued to shrink and warp. Spoke to them again and they suggested I move the panels back

Not impressed , the painted finish was poor. The response was you need to check them within 48 hours. My response would be that I expect them to be supplied to a good quality. Their solution was to send a tin of paint. There are no instructions and for over £1200 I would expect a bit more care and support. Reading their responses below they expect you to check and manage their quality control?

Not at all impressed with either the workmanship or customer service.
Because of being away on holiday I wasn't able to unwrap the gate within the time frame to return it. When I did, I found various chipped and rusty areas on what was supposed to be a brand new gate and set of posts. Looks suspiciously like wear on a second-hand gate and posts!
The fittings supplied also weren't the right size to attach the latch.
I've emailed and phoned the company but am still to get a response.
