A local family run business, established in 1962, founded by Leslie Dobell who was later joined by two of his sons. The business is now into the third generation of the Dobell family. It is currently run by Paul Dobell, working along side his father Martin. L. Dobell & sons is a small, reliable and friendly business providing high quality work at reasonable rates.
They undertake mainly domestic and light commercial work including interior and exterior painting, wallpapering and coving. Only high quality products are used including Johnstone's, Leyland and Dulux. They are able to colour match most other brands including Farrow & Ball and Zoffany.
I have used L. Dobell & Sons painting and decorating business for several years, from small wall papering jobs to complete house painting and have always found the quality of workmanship excellent, they always clean up and leave the house tidy, have always been reliable and will give advice when requested.I would not hesitate to recommend them.
