This is to thank you for your genuinely friendly service in removing me from Salisbury to Malvern. You worked hard but gave time when needed and were totally obliging when it came to stairs and to distributing various items to various locations. The team who moved us cared about every detail, and made sure we had everything in place by the end of the move.

Alex and Doug were fantastic from start to finish moving my at the time 2 week old son and I. They packed, lifted and shifted and remained happy and friendly throughout the two days. Great value for money and fantastic that they could fit us in at the end of September on such short notice. Would definitely recommend them and would certainly use them again.

I called friendly removals for a house move on 24th of December at a short notice when everyone else was busy and had extremely outrageous quote.
Friendly removals gave me a quote same day I contacted them at a very reasonable price.
They were on time, very lovely and professional, they even managed to move my tall fridge freezer and a very heavy washer dryer down from the first floor downstairs without a scratch.
Will definitely recommend. Value for money.

FRS moved our things from from our old flat, flat stored them for 2 years, then delivered them back to us a month ago.
They:
Lost our dining room table (!!!)
Everything came back stained with mould and smelly, including all furniture, kitchen equipment, books and clothes (including wedding dress, now ruined)
Mice/rats had eaten into some of the boxes
They lost various other items (too many to list)
Other things came back damaged/dented/unusable
Richard's response went along the lines of:
We packed our own items, so it was our fault they were damaged
They didn't know what we had packed

I am a proud collector of World War 1 and 2 memorabilia and so it will come as no surprise to you that I took great care when selecting which removals company I wished to aid me when moving house.
This process, of selecting a removals company, took a total of 6 weeks and was well worth the wait. I couldn't have been happier with the service that Richard and his band of strong handsome young chaps provided. I was particularly impressed with the care they took when removing and transporting my to scale landscape model of The Battle Of The Somme.

Best move ever using this company... when they say Friendly: they MEAN it! Nothing was too much trouble, they went way beyond the usual and bent over backwards (literally) to try and get the furniture through very small doors. And we had a lot of laughs! Just the best, absolutely the best. Recommend wholeheartedly, great, great guys, thank you so much :)
