Ming came out to check my boiler last week (09/12/21) which was completely dead. Within 20 mins of arrival he diagnosed the problem and informed me what the issue was. Due to the problem I had (leaking flow elbow and damage to the fan and possible PCB issue) and the availability of parts he said the best option would to call Worcester Bosch and ask for a fixed price out of warranty repair. The reason being that they would have the parts available on their van when they came out.
This is the reason for the 5 star review, he could have said "you need a new boiler at approx. £2k - £2.5K" and I

Boiler failed and nobody could come and look at it for days if not weeks. I phoned Herts Boilers Sunday afternoon and Mr Ming answered within 5 rings. I explained the fault messages and he immediately diagnosed the problem as inadequate water pressure and sent me a number of links including videos on how to get more water into the system. This worked first time. I phoned him back to thank him and ask about his fee. He just said he was happy to help and NO CHARGE.

Ming serviced my Heating Interface Unit in my flat that is connected to the buildings communal heating plant. It is very difficult to find engineers that know how these units work and can service them. Ming was brilliant and did an excellent job. He came on time with full protection including overshoes and was very polite. He told me how much the service would cost before he came and is very reasonably priced. I can highly recommend Ming.
