Ringrose trees are excellent, knowledgeable and professional. Communications were good, they tidied and removed all waste, and were polite and punctual. Most impressive was their knowledge of the different species - when and how best to prune particular trees. Worth every penny if you value your trees.

We've been very pleased with the service you've provided. Sam was very professional and appeared to be very thorough with his survey. His communications were appreciated, and he kept us informed every step of the way. All the guys who came to the site were very polite and we were impressed by the way that each of them took responsibility to deal with anything we had questions about. Not once, did we hear any of them say "I'll have to ask the boss". A sign of a well-managed and empowered team for which you should be congratulated. Each day, you left the site as you had found it and the final day

Our trees were really suffering in the heat.I rang Ringrose for advise.
They offered me a free survey.I have a particular tree that was unusual and I had wanted to know it’s name for years.
The surveyor gave me the name and sent me some notes on my rare tree.
I could not fault the care and attention to detail that Ringrose gave.

Ringrose provided a truly excellent service. Their survey was informative and they demonstrated the perfect combination of professionalism, expertise, and a 'can-do' approach. A fortnight later, a team of three tree surgeons came and took down a mammoth tree in our garden with the same qualities demonstrated when they surveyed our garden. Impressively - and despite the considerable work they carried out - they left our garden noticeably cleaner than it was prior to their arrival, and there was not a single trace of the work they completed. Very highly recommended.

I cannot thank you enough for the work at my house recently.Starting with the initial visit to discuss my "wish list" depending on cost.Thank you for talking through it and your explanations and also the offer of "pick and mix" list which was ideal.Thank you to Chris answering my phone call re doing extra work beyond our original discussion as the price was fine.Last but not least your fine wokkman taking great care of the lawns which were very boggy due to the rain.They were kind and courteous at all times kept me involved throughout the day,especially about the reduction of the specimen Birch
