Neater Heat came and fitted a new boiler, shower pump and radiators after we moved into our house. Extremely responsive at point of enquiry and very communicative throughout the whole process, helping us to understand the various options and recommending what they felt would be the best option for our needs. They were also quick to dispel concerns about how expensive it was all going to be, and we were surprised to learn we wouldn't be spending anywhere near what we thought we would.
The lads that came in and did the work, were extremely professional

Good company. Let me know the night before what time they were coming. Turned up exactly when they said they would and had a tracker so you could see where the guy was before he arrived. Sorted the problem with minimal fuss and very professional service. Used on the basis of a few recommendations. Would definitely recommend.
