Snobby vibes. I requested an estimate for the Amtico range for one of my investment properties on Barrington Road. Guy took one look at the floor (which albeit is only roughly 12 square meters- I did mention in the shop at point of estimate booking) and stated 'this isn't something we would do'. Tried to clarify what this meant whether it was because the floor was uneven etc Got a half hearted answer and some suggestion because there was a built in wardrobe it wouldn't suit Amtico. Don't really understand this as Amtico is often fitted in (and marketed for) bathrooms with crevices to work around

Our experience with Grosvenor flooring has been excellent. Adam was very helpful and supportive throughout the project, he helped us choose the right shade of luxury vinyl flooring - we went with rustic oak from Karndean throughout the ground floor of our house. We had few hiccups after we exposed the old flooring, but Adam dealt with it on the spot & helped us achieve the layout that we wanted. We are so thrilled and happy with the outcome, and more importantly doing buisiness with Adam was a pleasure, he is very professional & talented. We highly recommend Grosvenor flooring.

Adam was extremely helpful in helping us pick out our Karndean flooring colour. When it came to the installation the fitters were very polite, efficient and hard working; they completed our entire downstairs in two days working long hours. They were excellent. Absolutely love the high quality, hardworking finish! Thanks Grosvenor flooring!
