Incompetent and ignorant, I would avoid using these. Carried out a survey on a house I was purchasing and missed a catalogue of issues within the house. They issue a very generic report as opposed to commenting on the condition of the property. Pointless complaints system as it's reviewed by one of their buddies, who seem just as incompetent. Watch out for the disclaimer that the property was furnished so that were unable to assess all of the house or that defects arose between the survey and purchase date, which makes it a worthless survey,

Mr Jones is very good and knowledgeable within the local area. The company surveyed the property as requested and delivered the report within the agreed timescales, we had a copy in an email and a hard copy posted to us. All our questions and concerns we had about the property were answered promptly and efficiently. A very speedy, professional and friendly service. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again.
