Really impressed with the service from initial planning through to final installation of our renovated family bathroom. The team at Paton's (and Dom in particular) were incredibly helpful and patient with our requirements, even when we made late changes to our order. Communication with the team was great and items for most part delivered very promptly. We had an issue with one element being delayed and a suitable alternative was quickly suggested.
All the products bought from Paton's are of excellent quality and we are thrilled with the final finish and loving our new bathroom.

Terrible customer service attitude. Went there for plumbing expertise to change a toilet flush button. Mainly the point of going to a shop like this as could otherwise buy online. Firstly treated as if not standing in the small shop, no hello, just ignored. Then told - when taken a cursory glance at the photo of the system and the button part I brought - “probably easier if you change the whole flush system as don’t know what it is without a brand name”. From my perspective a button change was clearly easier, and cheaper. Not persuaded they’d even bothered to give it the time of day I went

As a Gas Safe engineer, and plumber, I have used Paton of Walton for my supplies for over 30 years.
As a comparatively small company they have a lot of competition from other larger businesses, if I buy from other sources its only ever for convenience sake when I am out of the area.
The staff at Patons are knowledgeable, they put a lot of time and effort into tracking down obscure parts for me.
I recommend Paton of Walton.
