Cleaning problems on slate, limestone and natural stone floors are normally only recognised once the floor surface becomes visibly soiled. But by the time it's finally noticeable, layer upon layer of stains, bacteria, and soil deposits will have built-up into a mess you can't clean on your own. The traditional stone cleaning methods and chemicals used become ineffective as the soil deposits build up.

For varnished or lacquered hard wood floor retaining the original seal in good condition, we recommend mechanical cleaning to remove the accumulated surface soiling, polishes and scuffing.

Safety flooring is a high quality vinyl sheet which contains grains of aluminum oxide and silicon carbide in the surface layer. Floor polish stripping is required when an existing floor polish has lost its bright appearance and degraded through wear or due to poor maintenance. When no longer actively performing or offering adequate protection, removal of the old polish or dressing is necessary, prior to refinishing. It requires skill to achieve the correct consistency of application when oiling or polishing.

A great service - again!
We used Steve about 10 years ago to clean and polish our kitchen floor. Then, we'd let our home and found the kitchen limestone floor badly stained by tenants; Steve did a great job removing the stains and solving the problem.
Two weeks ago we tracked Simply Floor Cleaning down again to "refresh" the kitchen floor after we'd had a new kitchen installed - boy, what an improvement! It was only after Steve and his brother had finished cleaning, resurfacing and sealing the floor did we see how good it could look again. Almost magic!
We won't leave it so long next time.
