I wouldn't Shop near these again as if you are looking to get a product from them they won't replace it if it's faulty as was the case with me after spending over £3.000 I bought a TV for £750 which was not working I went in to have it fixed after being offered a replacement if my TV was faulty so went in they didn't want to know terribly rude and basically told me I wasn't getting a replacement standard practice in a proper store like Curry's etc. I tell ya if ya want electronic goods steer clear as you'll regret dealing with them if your product ends up being faulty as mine was. BE WARNED NO

Already purchased an induction cooker at £699 and went back to buy an american fridge freezer but was met with ignorance over my son not wearing a mask. I said he was excempt which means he cannot wear one. But still he said i'll get you one to wear.. i'll spend my £1700 elsewhere and wont be back. Manners course needed on how to treat customer's.

I would highly recommend Newage Electrical.. My fridge broke in the middle of this horrific lockdown and to make things worse my daughter is type 1 diabetic so I have to keep her insulin cold. I rang in a pure panic and Connor was able to get a brand new fridge freezer delivered within 24hours.. Amazing customer service and community spirit.. I cannot thank you enough.
