We called Bill at Drilltec as we needed assistance on an emergency job. He took our call out of hours and gave brilliant advice. Next morning he was on site and arranged for a team to come help later that day. Due to there help and experience we was able to complete an emergency repair in extra quick time leaving one very happy customer. Highly recommend. Thank you Bill and the team.

From the initial handling of my call and call back for Bill the company showed an interest in helping me with the my job. Bill came out and inspected the site, made suggestions of how best the works went and then quoted. Stuart came out early on the day. Added some more securing tape and sheeting to minimise the splashing and dust. He put in a great shift that day and I am completely satisfied the final result and would happily recommend the company.

Was driving out of a carpark with my disabled mother in stevenage too which we were just trying to turn out of this carpark (at school times) and one of these company workers started "fing and blinding" at us because we didnt turn out of a parking space quick enough. He then proceeded to get out of his van to shout at us saying "this is a pub carpark not for picking up kids" well I'm an 18 year old student who does not go to school in the area nor does my mother. I would have expected better company representation when adult men are in their work uniform and driving a company van. Disgusting. Made
