We believe in making homes look welcoming, providing security, quality and peace of mind for customers in their homes. Village Products are a family run business. The aim is to take the products we take great pride in manufacturing and supplying, and share it with the rest of the UK. Having previously been confined to the 20-mile radius of our workshop in Warrington, Cheshire, this felt like an ambition worth pursuing.
We use a third party courier who will call you the morning of delivery where you can arrange an alternative if you were to not be there to collect (such as leaving it around the back of the house). For our hardware and treatment products, please allow up to five working days for dispatch. The majority of our products will be dispatched within 24 hours from order if already stocked.
Timber is a natural product and it is possible for some splits cracks and shakes to appear (see website under 'choose your timber' for further details). These natural occurrences will not affect the durability of the gate and are not covered by the warranty. Different timbers can react to variations in temperature and humidity and natural movement and twisting can also occur.
