I had an issue with my heating this week, the guy I spoke to was really good. Rather than charge me a call out fee for a small job he advised me over the phone so I could fix it. As honest as the day is long. Will keep this number, my go to plumber.

Came out at the weekend when the boiler stopped working. Very attentive listening to what might be wrong and gave an initial quote.
When he arrived the problem was easier to fix than first thought. Honesty very much appreciated and boiler back up and running quickly.
Highly recommended and I think will be be my go to plumber now!

Boiler decided to leak burst and leak everywhere last night. Had a quick look and saw Parkes were specialists in my boiler brand. Messaged them and the next morning he was over and dealing with it. Also talked me through what had gone wrong and gave me some good knowledge in boiler servicing that had been done on it previously.
Would not hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be using them going forward.

I contacted Tom about having a boiler service carried out and he got back to me very quickly with a quote. The quote was very reasonable and we arranged for a time for him to come and service the boiler. He arrived on time and was very polite/professional. I thought he was very knowledgeable about his products and would not hesitate to use him again in the future.
