Wouldn’t recommend for small jobs. It was like drawing blood from a stone. I wanted two small pieces of glass done for a display cabinet and they responded with 1 liners. No professional or customer focused emails. They asked me to phone and pay but they never picked up (on a weekday). I emailed them to say they didn’t pick up and what could I do. Haven’t heard from them since.
I found another company in the area who immediately responded with options (clear or toughened), very courteous as one expects, and the job was done in 3 days.

Terrible service. Fitter came to measure up quite promptly but after a call to ask if I want to go ahead he disappears on holiday. Shop assistant on the phone when I ring is useless. Keeps telling me he doesn't usually answer the phone but he answers every time I call. I was told 13 days ago that the fitter went away on holiday for 1 week. No call of apology or a date to fit my glass. Lucky for me my grandmother who the glass is for is still in hospital. I hope I can find a more honest and reliable glass maker and fitter elsewhere.

Brilliant job
Made a specialist window from an idea and offered really helpfull advice .
As id asked for an old eccliastical retro look they even had some old pieces of glass in the workshop that were incorperated into the design .
When i saw the finished window it was even better than i could of expected .
I would reccomend this workshop for any serious historical renovation and quality design work .
The glass designer at the workshop was very competant in working with me every step of the way on this project .
First class , will continue to use this company ..

Church Glass have fitted french windows and a back door to my house.
From the initial consultation to the eventual fit i was kept informed all the way and the experience has been in a word wonderful...
Front door next week... I would recommend this family outfit to anyone.
oh.. and they are very tidy, no mess, the old doors gone forever :-)
