Our practice is managed by partners, associate directors and associates, providing a well developed structure and clarity for clients. Each project is managed by a senior member of staff and is designated a director who reviews progress and manages resources to ensure excellent service delivery. In support the company employs a range of architects, technicians and administrators to work on every project.
By forming defined teams that balance design and technical expertise clients benefit from teams with ongoing knowledge of a project or institution providing continuity and certainty. Whilst placing a strong emphasis on 'hands on knowledge' we also actively support training and academic achievement.
Of our 22 staff over half have chartered status within either the Royal Institute of British Architects or British Institute of Architectural Technologists; or are graduates from an architecture related degree course. A regular programme of continuing professional development (CPD) seminars keeps everyone abreast of the latest legislative and technical innovations, and staff are encouraged to attend external seminars and conferences.

Services
By approaching the design of any building using a methodical strategy, we establish the brief, develop design concepts, negotiate with planning authorities, prepare detailed tender and construction information, and manage the design process for its duration. Through a number of major regeneration projects, the practice has gained a strong understanding of the process of developing master plans for commercial and education clients.
Robothams continue to evolve our team in Warwick by recruiting passionate, committed individuals to work a on a huge variety of projects across a wide range of sectors. Although not continuously recruiting we would encourage those seeking an architectural position to send in a CV which will then be reviewed against our current resource requirement and our practice's vision.
