We have a extensive experience in steel frame buildings and curtain wall glazing applications for commercial buildings.
We enjoy designing inviting and attractive spaces where people can gather, eat, play & holiday. Leisure and Tourism is a key industry in the South West and we have been involved in the delivery of a number of large new build and refurbishment schemes for holiday park and leisure facilities. Taking the time to understand the clients requirements and brief is critical to the success of any large or small scale Leisure & Tourism project.
Many projects involve work to or within the curtilage of existing listed buildings. With thorough knowledge and understanding of heritage planning policies and conservation techniques we can assist with work in or around your heritage asset. We have previous commercial experience working on conservation specialist projects which include multiple schemes throughout large historic estates and works to smaller listed buildings and structures.

Sam helped me the planning for our stables, he was brilliant and took the weight off my mind and he answered any questions from the planning office and the application went on to be passed. He was easy to get hold of, and super quick responses, would defiantly recommend him.

Sam oversaw construction of The View apartments, Ilfracombe for me. I found him pleasant and easy to deal with. His knowledge and practical approach got us over a number of technical difficulties. The building is now complete and is a credit to everyone involved. The View is a beautiful addition to Ilfracombe's seafront. Thank you Sam. Best wishes Michelle

We are so pleased we found Sam - he is an amazing architect and recently got us our planning permission all granted. From the first time we met him, he has been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and calming(for someone like me, who felt overwhelmed at the prospect of what lay ahead, that has helped a lot!).

Sam took on board our ideas, likes and dislikes and pretty much nailed the design for our new home from the outset. Then he went on to negotiate a successful outcome with the planning dept.
He is very approachable, he communicates well and has a wealth of knowledge and experience, including the use of modern methods of construction such as ICF and SIPs.
