Martin Abbott worked in the building sector for many years as a contracts manager and spotted an opportunity to provide a property maintenance service that people would trust and return to repeatedly. In 2002 Hampshire Property Maintenance Ltd was inaugurated and the building and general property maintenance company has been thriving ever since.
One of the first places to see damage on a house is the roof. Your need to check your roof regularly, as issues here can go unnoticed until they become a big problem (and you get leaks). Do a visual inspection for slipped, cracked or badly damaged roof tiles. Look at the pointing and get someone in if this is in a bad condition.

Found that we had an interesting water feature in the kitchen when the shower above was in use. Contacted HPM who sent out somebody very quickly to assess the issue. A team was then dispatched the next day after some time for the unit to dry out and the wet room shower was resealed. Found that there was still an issue involving the sealant around the plug. Again contacted HPM who sent out the original supervisor who quickly dealt with the issue. Tried the shower this morning and very happy to have lost our kitchen water feature. All guys were very friendly and professional, I would have no issues
