I am absolutely delighted by the service we received today. Both men turned up on time (I was running late) and they just got straight down to business. They were really thorough, friendly, professional and in my opinion they went over and above and exceeded my expectations. They were on site from 9am to 4pm and worked tirelessly. John and his team diagnosed a very complex problem deep under a residential block in the center of Edinburgh. Despite drains dating from the 1800s they brought in the largest pumping system I have ever seen and removed the problem. Not only are they highly professional, but they are a cheerful, positive team who deliver results. Highly recommended by myself and the other residents.
