Following the sale of FPM to a public company in 2013, FPM has now returned to private ownership and is once again embracing the family culture that established its reputation as a successful and caring contractor. FPM has been delivering a range of high quality services to the Social Housing Sector for over 40 years.

We're immensely proud of our long heritage and the reputation of the FPM name. We employ more than 200 people throughout. We operate a direct delivery model for our service based contracts. We support this with a carefully selected supply chain of trusted sub-contractors for Capital Works and New Build.

We have 100% dedicated teams for each of the services that we provide, which enables us to deliver an excellent service to all of our customers through the skill and knowledge and sense of ownership built up by our operatives. We have a team of over 150 operatives covering all the required trades to deliver our services.
