Holland Build is a privately owned construction company catering for projects ranging in value from 25,000 to 3 million in the Public, Private and Care sectors. We cover a radius of 100 miles from our head office based in Northamptonshire. The company was founded in 1985 from humble beginnings as a small local building contractor; Holland's now employ 25 fully qualified staff, from contract and site managers to surveyors and in house trade teams.
We have a dedicated team of construction professionals with a wealth of experience in the Private, Public and Care sectors of the industry. Holland Build hold accreditations with the following bodies, Constructionline, CHAS, NHBC and ISO 9001 systems, we are currently working towards becoming Chartered Building Contractors and our 14001 Environmental Systems.
Working within the school/college environment produces many challenges, particularly in terms of minimising disruption, noise levels, site access, movement of materials and safety. Our project teams are fully experienced and dedicated to ensuring our onsite presence does not impact on our surroundings.
This is a key field within our organisation having completed a number of successful residential projects over the years. We have established a strong reputation for working closely with clients and design teams on a wide variety of housing schemes, from new build apartments and homes to working on listed buildings, restoration projects and barn conversions.
