The staff at The Face Painting Shop are always on hand to help with advice and tips and first class award winning customer service.
Each and every one of our employees represent the spirit of our company: driven, committed, and a little bit bonkers. Everything from opening the shop, ordering stock, packing orders, emails, social media, website duties, training, taking the rubbish out and unblocking the loo! There's not much that I don't do.
Hi everyone, how are you? Keeping busy I hope. I certainly have been, hence why I've not had a chance to write a blog in a few weeks. Over the Easter break (which falls a week later in Leicestershire, compared to the rest of the country); I worked 17 days straight at various events. Then almost as soon as that was over we went straight into the May bank holiday, so I feel like I've not stopped!
We love nothing more than to bring face and body painters new products, this time we have gone all out! We are super pleased to announce that we are now official European Glimmer Body Art Distributors, stocking the full range of 36 glitters in 10g pots and the 28 full sized 42g glitters, we also have over 60 new glitter tattoo stencils in stock all from the USA.

I ordered £43 worth of products. 1 product is incorrect. I have emailed them no reply, rang the number which doesnt go through and contacted on social media and still no reply 1 week later. I understand there is lock down but I have been sent a 45ml product rather than the 200ml product I ordered and was charged for. If anyone can give me infomation on how to contact them it would be much appreciated.

I purchased pink tips. Cracking brushes.... If they are not faulty. I got the £80 set and after one use, all of the bristles came out of one of them. I then ordered a flora and a blending brush..... I've… literally used the flora once and the handle is cracked and the coating is falling off. I have no problem with items being faulty, it happens but there is zero customer service. I have left two enquiry tickets on the website, there is no email address and I've phoned but never had an answer. So, great if your products are all good but if you have a problem, good luck getting it resolved

I ordered a facepaint, in the parcel was a blue free bag from the facepainting shop and an invoice with a box, inside the box was nothing so I checked all, around over and over no facepaint. I contacted the customer service team by email and they asked me for a number for the cctv, they got back to me and told me the paint was definitely put in the… box and it will most probably turn up, I told them I had checked thoroughly and the parcel was properly sealed when I received it so it couldn't have been lost on its journey. I still have no facepaint and did feel as though I wasn't believed

Been using the face painting shop for years and never had a problem. Always friendly when you phone up and send your orders out super fast. My quite upset with my recent experience though. I ordered as a guest to be delivered to my new address, all paperwork including PayPal confirmed the correct address to be delivered to and yet it was delivered… to my old address!! It took me many phone calls to the parcel people to find this out and 3 attempts at collection which in total was over 4 hours in driving! I had to be quite firm to get my parcel as they was pretending they didn’t have

Been ordering face painting supplies here for 5 years, large range of stock and delivery has always been fast. Items are very well packaged to avoid damage and I have always received my full and correct order. If you have a chance to visit the shop, definitely do but make sure your purse is full as it is too tempting! 😊

I only have online experience with this shop but they are very efficient at answering messages, solving problems and the website itself shows an amazing array of products. The Face Painting Shop is like heaven in one place. I spend many hours on the site and while it is too far for me to go I feel certain that if the chance arose to explore such a place I could easily spend a lot of hours and money in-store.

I'd only ever shopped online for face painting stuff so I was pleasantly surprised by the wide range of stock on display. It was so cool to be able to compare different colours and brands alongside each other. The staff were very relaxed about you touching stuff and were able to take me to the right place to find a one stroke which I'd forgotten which brand it was (DFX Evil Rose). I came away with more than I intended as the shop is laid out in a very enticing way.
