Mark is a first class engineer. He is prompt to reply to my contact with him and comes to my house very quickly. He does the job, checks with me and follows up later to make sure I am ok. His charges are extremely reasonable, what more can you ask. A kind, understanding gentleman, whom I cannot praise enough. Mark was good to his word as regards coming round to give us a quote and then when he would be able to complete the job, sadly in our experience this seems to be a rarity in Norfolk!
We wanted an instant water heater (like a shower) in our kitchen and had found the one we wanted. Mark purchased it and did research to make sure he was fully prepared for the installation.
We have no hesitation in using Mark again when we come to redo our bathroom and to recommend him.
