Overall, the work was well priced and communication was good. the the plug socket fascias put in did not all match (two USB sockets are slightly curved and the other is more square) - Not a massive deal as one of them will be under a desk out of sight. Upon raising this, MTS have since come out and swapped the fascia with a matching one for free which is much appreciated. They all work well. Did a really good job tidying up some other wires that were a complete mess in our new study - previous owners of house took lots of shortcuts I believe. MTS were very helpful in the survey and quoting stage. Once booked in their engineers arrived on time and even stayed longer than planned to make sure all unexpected issues were dealt with on the same visit. I have worked in Commercial HVAC engineering for close to 20 years and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them as a sub contractor commercially as well as again in my home.
