Amazing, professional service.
The sales team are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
The whole store is very classy with a wholesome and has a warm welcoming feeling, where you are free to browse.
There is even a play area for the kids!
The standard of work from this company is exceptional, from selecting your flooring to having it installed, Glenearn Flooring is excellent!

I'm afraid I've had a very unfortunate, 7 month long dispute with Glenearn Flooring. The carpet they sold us was not perfect and I reported this within the first 48 hours which would usually entitle you to a full refund . Dispite all the legal advice I recieved from Consumer Advice Scotland the managing director insisted she was right and I had to accept a replacement carpet. And to quote her ' buying a carpet is not like buying a kettle. ' I gave in and accepted this offer as it was causing me a lot of stress. None of my family or friends will ever deal with this company as they have done themselves
