There is only one carpet shop for you to deal with and this is it. And Sarah and her colleagues are true legends when it comes to carpets and all things flooring. Particularly when the tenant forgets to turn the bath off, before he falls asleep. Straight away, there was a team on site. And straight away, the team at Western are on the case, and we are on our well on our way to a swift conclusion to a pretty dreadful situation. That's all you need to know ☘️😁

I found this company online as I am new to the area & visited the showroom which has ample parking. It was larger than I expected with a good selection of carpet samples & other types of flooring. I was surprised to find that they also had quite a few rolls of carpet in stock which was a real bonus. I opted for one of these which was very good value along with a good quality underlay. Natalie was happy to assist & give advice when needed. Equally important is the fitting which was carried out promptly to a high standard by a couple of friendly fitters. Many thanks, Roy Martin.
