Signed contract on 31 July 2021 for kitchen refit & paid £2,610 initial deposit by bank transfer as requested by their self-employed salesman Brian. Became aware that Companies House on 10 August 2021 had put 1st notice in London Gazette to advise that due to the company's Corporation Tax accounts for the year to 31 August 2020 that were due to be submitted by 31 May 2021 being outstanding the company would be struck off in 2 months. Folliwing representations made by Eco to Companies House the company was given a further 3 months extension to submit the outstanding accounts and the 1st notice

Absolutely abhorrent company! Took a £930 deposit off my grandmother in March this year but she cancelled when I noticed all of the work she requested was NOT written into the contract as she thought. She cancelled well within the 14 days period but she's yet to receive her deposit back!! We've called repeatedly only to get fobbed off time after time, with excuse after excuse. Now 9 months later its obvious they have zero intentions to return what's owed. Avoid at all costs!!

I was recommended these guys from a friend and surely enough they did not disapoint. They supplied everything I needed for my complete bathroom renovation,The products supplied are of very good quality. The customer service is excellent every step of the way, The products were delivered and everything was there as promised and on time.I am very pleased with the outcome and couldn't recommended Eco home improvements highly enough. Paid just over £4,200 for a new bathroom. Seemed to be going along nicely. Arrived back from holiday to it finished. Toilet cistern constantly filling up and flowing into toilet. Wouldn't be a problem but I'm on a water meter. Rang several times and sent videos. Heard nothing back. Been 3 weeks now. Tried calling and goes to voicemail. I thought they were decent. I'll be contacting trading standards. If it does get sorted, I'll update accordingly.
After 4 weeks it has finally been fixed. Very apologetic and recieved a goodwill gesture as an apology. All work carried out professionally. Improved

I've used this company on my home multiple time's recommended from my late parents they swore by them needless to say I am very happy with with all work completed my bathroom and driveway are spectacular ive recommended them to many friends and family. Genuinely happy with my bathroom, the workers were very swift and efficient and the end product was exactly how I hoped it would be. Thoroughly recommend this company, I must also add they have also done a superb job on my neighbours conservatory roof. All in all very pleased with there workmanship.

I used Eco Home Improvements to double glaze all windows at my property. The work was excellent and what was most impressive was the efficiency, the job was virtually finished within a day.
The end result completely transformed the appearence of the house and the results were instant in terms of heat retention. I have had no issues since the installation of the windows.
The staff at Eco were easy to deal with and always on hand to answer any queries. I have used them again for a full bathroom installation and recommended them to my mother who used them for a kitchen/bathroom refit.
