Ordered 300 concrete blocks 4 weeks ago - despite several phone calls all going through to a full answer machine no response. Someone finally responded to us on Facebook messenger advising our goods would be with us and never arrived. Abysmal customer care/service - I would strongly advise avoiding this company!

I recently built an extension to my house. Tony, from Supreme Industries was an invaluable ally. Not only does he know his stuff and was therefore able to advise me, but he was also able to source almost everything I needed at highly competitive prices.
Plus, he’s a really, really nice guy, always willing to go that extra mile to make sure everything is as it should be.

Ordered materials x3 weeks ago through eBay, just received a message to tell me cancelled order and was refunding my money due to NO chance of getting materials due to covid
Searched on eBay to find that they were advertising same product at a higher price and more postage

After a google search i came across this company who had what i needed at a fair price. I checked the delivery details on there website and it stated free delivery to mainland uk address on orders over £75, great. I placed my order and arrange a date with my builder to do the job. Payment was taken immediately and all delivery details checked out fine once entered. The next day i receive an email stating they unfortunately dont cover my area, Weymouth, and that a refund would be made. For a company which claims to be a national supplier of building materials, it seems like they pick and choose
