F&H Construction LTD started as 2 guys in a van doing small jobs working wherever work was available. Through dedication and hard work, the company has gone from strength to strength and has grown to now employ a team of professionals and utilise a range of plant/equipment aiming to deliver the best value for our clients.

We have done numerous new build projects which range in size from single storey bungalows to huge multi-story manor houses. We will work alongside the client, planning departments, architects and local building authorities to deliver the project our clients want.

If you are looking to expand and develop the size of your current property, then F&H Construction are more than equipped to undertake these works for clients. We will assist you from as early as helping clients to ascertain if they need to submit a planning application or a building notice so as to not get into complications with local authorities and we will discuss budgets in order to give our clients the best value for money.

If you have a property which is in need of either revamping or in a state of disrepair or if you just want the property to be tailored to your needs and tastes, F&H can undertake the works to bring the property up to a satisfactory standard. We can assist clients from early stages, ascertaining what type of finish they would like throughout the house whether it be modern and up-to-date or more traditional.

Some buildings are prime opportunities for conversion from either domestic to commercial or vice versa. F&H Construction have experience of converting buildings to suit a number of purposes. We have converted an existing domestic dwelling into a cafe for an adjoining fish and chip restaurant and we have also converted an agricultural barn into a domestic dwelling.
