Established in 1979 Quality Fires is a family business with over 40 years experience in the trade, Our Liverpool showroom is one of the largest fireplace showrooms in the UK. We provide a massive selection of fireplaces, most of which can be made to measure by our own in-house stone masons. We deliver nationally via our own network of delivery vehicles and our Gas safe & Hetas registered engineers fit throughout the northwest & north Wales.

We recently purchased an electric fire to be fitted where we currently had a gas fire.
The fire itself, is fine, however, we are most disappointed with the way it was fitted. The fitter had to remove the existing fire surround and has left it in an unfinished state.
When we contacted the store to complain, we were told that he had done the best he could and offered no help or advice to assist a customer.
Very poor aftersales service and totally unprofessional.

Bought a fire and mantlepiece/fireplace a few years ago from this place it was reduced as was on display and just what we wanted. Had nothing but trouble since it was fitted. Gas engineer has come out today and said that the fireplace is not suitable in any way for the surround. he has shown us the manual and the fireplace is far too small to be safe. Dont buy from here if you want to be safe

Extremely disappointing service and very disrespectful fitters.
I sent the email below to Quality Fires over two weeks ago and I am yet to have received any response or contact. The level of after care you receive from this company is negligent. All of their fitting is outsourced so they take no interest or responsibility in the quality of the fitting or the level of workmanship of their fitting team.
