My experience with cedar doors was disgraceful. Ordered a door from the showroom, fitter removed my old door and frame. The new door was Not the door I ordered. Cedar doors took the new door out and left my integral garage with no door, did not board the whole up neither. Will not return my deposit, completely unhelpful company. I went elsewhere, the door was ordered and fitted within a week and no need for a deposit.

Changed to 1 star as the window keeps leaking at every sign of rain which is staining the wood. A terrible product and not reflective of the price paid......
I find it hard to recommend this company. I had a very expensive bespoke front door manufactured in Iroko. We have had numerous issues with weather ingress through the side glazed unit which still remains unresolved and the timber is now permanently stained. The door is showing signs of splitting and the beading used (still don't understand why this is external and not internal) hasn't weathered well and shows signs of splitting. This door
