I explained the problem with my window over the telephone. David explained it could just be the handle which needed replacing or it could be the locking mechanism and he gave me 2 quotes. It tuned out to just be the handle (the cheaper quote). David is very professional, friendly and polite. I would not hesitate in recommending The Window Wizard.

In July 2021, my front door suddenly failed and wouldn't open from the inside or from outside. I was in France at the time and found The Window Wizard, Bexleyheath on the internet. After sending some pictures of the door locking mechanism to David, he was able to give me a quote within a few minutes. I live in Abbey Wood and David was nearby, so he was able to do the work that same afternoon. My brother was there and told me he did an excellent job and worked quickly. He was also very tidy. The door opens and closes normally now, we had to slam it before. my bathroom window recently failed too
