Our automatic sliding doors are ideal for heavy traffic areas combining smooth yet powerful operation with extensive options available for safety sensoring to meet all current BS7036 and EN16005 standards. Retro-fit Kit (utilizing existing track and doors whilst upgrading electrical components including Control board, Motor etc.)
We offer 2 main categories of swing doors both can easily be installed on existing doors or installed with new doors. This application is becoming more and more practical and is ideal for low traffic areas that are required to comply with DDA. The doors operate at a reduced speed and can be used manually with unlimited activation devises fitted.
Current legislation BS7036 and EN16005 (safety at powered doors ) states that all automatic doors are legally required to be serviced by a trained and qualified engineer to conform to current standards. This is to make sure the doors are within safety recommendations and is a necessity in all buildings.
