SMB Ltd is a family run business in Malvern, Worcestershire. We undertake all aspects of building work in both private and commercial sectors. We have very high standards of work which has led to our acceptance into the Federation of Master Builders in 2007. We have a wide and varied skill base and our portfolio of projects includes; small to large extensions, loft conversions and internal alterations and refurbishments.

Renovated his first property whilst studying for his carpentry apprenticeship and working for a local building company, Thomas Broads. As well as being a skilled carpenter he quickly gained experience in all areas of construction. His role now includes initial customer meetings and preparing quotations.

The project overall was a success, both from a contract administration and building perspective. The quality of the end product was excellent and the client was very satisfied. Any unforeseen issues on site were dealt with quickly and positively, whilst the appropriate consultants were always involved when required. Any defects that occurred during the retention period were quickly resolved and always at the convenience of the client. Shaun Morris Builders were easy to work with, provided a great service and end product and I would not hesitate to work with them again

SMB Shaun Morris Builders Ltd are so professional,helpful and polite. Whenever we need a job doing however big or small we never hesitate to contact them. Shaun who is very friendly,explains and gives advice when he comes to visit. A quote is then sent which is very reasonable,we believe you get what you pay for!!! If you need a good job done these are professionals so we can only recommend them very highly!!!!
