There were some problems at the beginning but thanks to Chris's calm measured approach and a lovely design by Helen these were dealt with in a professional mature manner.
The installation was meticulous the plan followed to the last detail and Matt the fitter dealt with the bathroom like it was being installed in his own home.
We have now got the bathroom that we have always wanted it is genuinely beautiful.

From our first meeting with Helen, our designer, through to installation by Paul, we highly recommend The Brighton Bathroom Company to anyone wanting to achieve an expertly designed and installed bathroom from start to finish. Their customer service is second to none.
We had lots of ideas of what we liked and the look we were after, but Helen instinctively knew the right fittings and products to achieve our vision. The end result is stunning and that is testament to Paul's attention to detail and workmanship during the installation and to carry through Helen's excellent design.

The team from the initial design to completion of the bathroom installation were thoroughly professional and diligent. Helen with her creative and beautiful designs and extensive knowledge of the right products for the right spaces. I would highly recommend this company - at all times they were professional, working with us around our own work commitments, and gave us plenty of time to peruse the proposed designs and make any changes we requested. The designs were fantastic and perfect for our needs, and the company that did the actual work were 100% reliable, always keeping us informed of progress, turning up every day until the work was completed, and wonderful at cleaning up after themselves. We now have two beautiful bathroom designs and are delighted with the quality and finish. Thank you.

Extremely pleased with all the work and advice from Chris Burton and his team.
The whole design process was very enjoyable thanks to Chris’s guidance & good humour.
Steve who did all the main work was top notch. A trusty key holder, ensured no delays and that everything was finished to a high standard, a real pleasure to have around the house.
All the workmen were prompt , reliable and hard working.
Chris kept in regular contact, ensuring the whole project was finished to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend BBC
