After our 20+ year old boiler was on its last legs we got in touch with Aqua Shield for a replacement and from start to finish the service we recieved was outstanding. They blew the other quotes we had away, and the flexibility of the payment plans are top draw. The lads that carried out the work where fast,tidy and very polite. Lisa in the office was very helpful and we was always kept up to date with times. Our house has never been so cozy and would reccomend this company to anyone. Thank you.

I'm fairly new to the area and originally from Leeds. I can tell you that the service I received today fixing my boiler was 1st rate. I had a fixed rate boiler repair for £89 which included a small amount to cover parts and I'm pleased to say that all was completed in one visit. My boiler isn't the best in the world so I was expecting it to need a few more parts than it did but a sensor was replaced and now running great. So all fixed for £89. Well happy. Will be in touch when I decide it needs replacing. I'm hoping to get another year out of it.

Heating hero’s?! Most certainly, aquashield have continued to go above and beyond for me and my partner on every visit. Initially we had a full re pipe of our house which is quite old, I was quite nervous about this process as we was just moving into the property. I was unsure if we would get booked in before lockdown but aquashield assured me that everything would be fine and they would do the best they could. It was a smooth process and they left the property as it was found, all rubbish was taken and I could not praise them enough. Our home is nice and toasty! The reason I love aquashield

Friendly and helpful, went above and beyond with our boiler problem. Good price and efficient and new boiler installed without any fuss or mess. Decided to use aqua shield as recommended by one of my friends who have used them to do a repair on her boiler. Have put new boiler on a service plan with these so I don’t have fault in the future. All office staff very good and friendly installers who are very knowledgeable did an excellent job, very neat and tidy.. Will recommend to all of our friends.Thanks aqua shield for a great job.

All I can say is what a fantastic service we have received from Aqua Shield over the Christmas period. Sadly our boiler broke on Boxing Day, we knew it was in need of replacement and was hoping it would get us into the new year. We called up on Boxing Day and and the surveyor came on Sunday which we thought was super service. Many of our radiators where old and not in the best condition so we asked if a few of them could be replaced at the same time. This was no problem and the whole of the job including the boiler a Vaillant and radiators was completed yesterday.

Having recently been left in a position where I have a boiler that suddenly stopped working, I called this company to fix my boiler on which must have been the coldest day of the year so far. I called out of normal hours and my call was taken quickly by a very polite lady who was sympathetic with my situation, I'm so sorry that I can't remember your name arrange and she arranged for an Engineer to call the same evening due to my circumstances, I have to say I was blown away by her help. A plumber arrived within 2 hours who was wearing protective masks and gloves which made me feel safe. The man

I had called Aqua shield in 2018 2019 because the pilot light of the boiler went off I was charged £ 89 to have the light put on. The last visit 2019 I was told my boiler was old and needed replacing... By 2020 autumn the boiler was working but not heating well. I asked for someone to do a survey for a new boiler. Andy was booked to come but unfortunately I had to visit my gp for my diabetic bloods and forgot to tell him and he came i wasn't at home... sometime later another man was sent to do a survey... i told him that one radiator was not fully heating due to air and probably needed a replacement

Have used aqua shield at least 5-7 times over the last few years, they were good 2-3 years ago! However on the last 2 occasions they are clearly not interested in fixing things and rather charging you for parts you dont need! The most recent one, charged £79 to send someone around to check issue with boiler as no hot water was coming through the taps, the engineer said i needed a new condensing unit and a heat exchanger at a cost of £182! Previous to this they charged me almost £200 to fix a leak at another
